Sam Flood
Founder & Managing Director
Real estate executive with senior leadership experience across portfolio and asset management, investments, capital markets, leasing and operations.
Prior to founding Southern Cross CRE, Sam held senior investment and operating leadership roles at Nuveen Real Estate, Clarion Partners and Taurus Investment Holdings, working across large institutional portfolios, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset strategy and debt and equity capital markets.
